It’s with the greatest sadness I record the death of one of Wales finest fanciers the late Gareth Watkins one very fine gentleman whom I shared many pints with. To his family both in Cork and in his native Wales our profound condolences on behalf of both myself and John Wheatcroft who had shared a most cherished friendship of 45 years may Gareth rest in deserved peace.
